Job Description:
As a Forklift Driver and/or Front-End Loader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Forklift Driver:
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse or production area.
• Load and unload trucks, stack and unstack pallets, and organize materials.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Front-End Loader Operator:
• Operate front-end loaders to move materials, such as raw material wood shavings in industrial facilities.
• Load bins, or hoppers with materials as needed.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Work in coordination with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Comply with safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications:
• Valid forklift certification (for Forklift Driver role) or front-end loader certification (for Front-End Loader Operator role).
• Proven experience operating forklifts or front-end loaders in a similar environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
